By and large, it was decent base for sightseeing in Charlotte, had much fun. The room was cleaned and available with a comfortable bed as well as cleaned towels. The hotel was located close enough to everything, especially the mall and downtown and malls and businesses and restaurants and service stations.

Actually everything was incredible, my next choice again in Charlotte. Magnificent view of lake. The meal was outstanding and utensils and cutlery were provided. The swim-up bar in the hotel had plenty of complimentary juices and great cocktails throughout the day. There were stable internet and convenient parking available❤🙂👍

Convenient hotel, free breakfast with lots of choice, perfect location close to parkway. The room was beautiful, I liked the bed and clean bathroom.

The staff were fabulous, the room was warm enough and I loved absolutely perfect location. Extensive breakfast options, the food was fantastic. Bottled great cocktails and juices in the juice bar, overnight parking place.

The service was courteous, the food was delicious. I loved breakfast with lots of eggs, fruit, cookies, hot waffles and milk. The stay at this WONDERFUL SMALL hotel was an excellent one.

All in all great value for money. Big bed, luxurious bathroom and Wi-Fi, climate control and TV set in the room. The staff offered cookies upon arrival. Beautiful facilities and the pool was excellent. Impressive views in a really handy location. I found fabulous Bobbee O's Bbq restaurant walking distance to the hotel. I had the brunch there.

very clean and well-kept place. a kitchenette was ok for us. we ate at the casual restaurant close enough to the hotel.
